Well I used to write for a site called the Ecronom that went to Silicon Heaven and one of the more useful functions it served was a deposit of searchable links for reference puposes and a handy look up for articles I had written.

In 2002 having been posted overseas (I'm in the Army) I had a little time on my hands after a 6 month internet drought, it only seemed right and proper to resurect my online archive and post what interests me ;) It also offer me the opportunity to struggle with some strange internet tools and brush up on my HTML. So Dead-Fish was born.

Since we started a a couple of years ago, some friend have come onboard and added their voices, interests and software choices to the site giving a more rounded opinion on what's out there on the net of interest to the average (if there is such a beast) computer user. Obviously you can email mail us with something that you dig too.

What goes on the site is based on our own whims and interests, there is NO over-arching policy or taboos for that matter, but, if you have a PC, play games or surf the net, many of these should be similar if not the same as yours.
