The house is sold, we picked a new one, now its just the packing, the 3 million bits of paper and the stresses that come with throwing your life into boxes. This is assuming all the surveys, searches and the other crap that cause you to haemorrhage cash like there was no tomorrow don't put a fly in the ointment. Oh, don't get me started on interest rates, the tax payer has subbed the banks billions they in turn load you back this money at between 5 & 7% despite the base rate being less than 1%... :mad:
